As a consultant, she has worked with Chief Executive Officers, Human Resources Consultants, Marketing Directors, Business Development Managers, and entrepreneurs across diverse industries, including her work with Sivummut Solutions.
Tonya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management and a Chief of Staff Certificate. She specializes in human resources, executive support, project management, event and travel coordination, and business operations. Her experience includes supporting recruitment initiatives, coordinating projects, and streamlining administrative processes to help organizations operate effectively.
Outside of work, Tonya enjoys exploring the hidden gems of Canada's East Coast with her son, travelling, getting creative, and finding pleasure in everyday moments.
