Tim Van Overliw joined Sivummut in August 2025 as the Director of Business Operations. Tim is a seasoned healthcare and government executive with over 16 years in public service, notably within the human resources and health and social services sectors. Tim has led the delivery of large-scale corporate change initiatives, the management of complex government programs, and coordinated emergency operations related to public health and climate change-related emergencies.
Tim brings expertise anchored in authentic leadership that is grounded in quality improvement, collaboration, and strategic planning. Outside of work, Tim enjoys exploring the outdoors and sports with his family and two dogs.
