Geoff Rigby grew up in Iqaluit, Nunavut, from the age of two years old. His upbringing instilled in him with a strong connection to nature and the outdoors, so after graduating from Iqaluit’s Inuksuk High School, Geoff went on to Carleton University to complete a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies.
Geoff has over 14 years of consulting experience, supporting projects for a wide variety of clients (especially Inuit clients, and Nunavut-based clients). An excellent communicator and Microsoft Office Specialist, Geoff helps clients to get the information they need to run their departments, organizations, businesses, and programs as efficiently as possible. He also supports clients in communicating their plans, services, and needs to those who must hear about these the most.
Geoff is an avid camper and spends as much time outside as possible (when the weather cooperates); if the weather has other ideas, Geoff spends the rest of his time playing music, watching sports, and playing video games. In the past, Geoff has also volunteered for the Iqaluit Rotary Club (Rotary International), Habitat for Humanity, and Atii Fitness Centre.
