For more than 25 years, Robbin has worked alongside organizations, boards, and leaders to help turn complex challenges into practical solutions. Through SILA Management Services, she has supported Indigenous, northern, public, and private-sector clients in strengthening governance, financial stewardship, and organizational capacity.
The lessons that most influence her work today were learned while living in Iqaluit, Nunavut. There, she came to appreciate Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit (IQ) and the importance of listening, collaboration, respect, and community-centred decision-making. Those experiences continue to shape how she approaches leadership, governance, and relationships today.
Robbin has been part of the Sivummut since 2025 where her experience and commitment to advancing Inuit, indigenous and northern interests are well aligned with its team of professionals.
